One of the first things I noticed at Google's presentation was how easy it was to tell the difference between the two products. Looking at the two product names "Pixel 6" and "Pixel 6 Pro", anyone can see that it is the 6th generation product of the Pixel series and Pro is the upper model. For example, how many people can hear the difference between the names of the previous generation products "Pixel 5" and "Pixel 5a 5G"? The Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro make good use of camera and display performance, and the price of each seems to be at a suitable level compared to other companies' products. By clarifying the existence of the high-end model Pro, it seems that more people will be interested in the Pixel 6 series.

The best point is that the two products are easier to understand.

In fact, some of the new features of the Pixel 6 series have already been realized in other smartphones. For example, the ability to erase objects in photos was already implemented by Huawei several years ago. However, the Pixel 6 series makes me feel that the Tensor chip will allow us to take advantage of all the new features that high-end smartphones have implemented independently. Google, which has been focusing on the development of computational photography, has developed its own chipset, so we can expect "further evolution of applications and services" beyond the evolution of hardware.

The Pixel series is not a reference model of Android, but a product that can be said to be a "Google evangelist" that firstly conveys Google's latest technology (especially software and services) to consumers. At the presentation, the inside of the new Google store in New York was also introduced. After watching the online presentation, I wanted to pick up the Pixel 6 in the store and try out the camera and new features. I would like to get the product and use it to see how much fun and convenient daily life can be with the Pixel 6 series.
