This is an evolution of the method of scanning documents with iPhone, which was introduced last time. See the previous article for how to scan. We will show you how to convert the scanned document to a "PDF file" and save it in the "Files" app.

More convenient with PDF conversion!

Tap the document saved in the memo. The "Share" icon will be displayed in the upper right corner of the screen, so tap it.

A menu is displayed. Tap the item "Create PDF".

Tap "Done" in the upper left.

Tap "Save File".

Select the save destination folder and tap "Add" at the top right of the screen. The "PDF file" of the document is saved. If you use PDF, you can read and edit from different OSs in most cases, so it will be more versatile.

Learn how to annotate documents. Tap the document in the memo. Tap the "Share" icon at the top right of the screen. When the menu is displayed, tap "Markup".

The screen to draw is displayed. Use the tool to write annotations.

When you have finished writing the annotation, tap "Done" at the top left of the screen.

Finally, I will show you how to attach the scanned document to an email. Tap the document in the memo. Tap the "Share" icon at the top right of the screen. When the menu is displayed, tap "Email".

Then, as usual, compose and send an email. The scanned document will be attached to the email and sent.

Why not take advantage of the "scan documents" feature to improve your business and shopping efficiency?
