The CPU with over 10 cores can be cooled like this!Basic knowledge of simple water cooling

There are four main radiator sizes

Radiator size is an important factor that determines the cooling performance of a simple water-cooled cooler. If it is small, the heat saturation limit is low. Therefore, when configuring or OCing using a high-end CPU, products with a large radiator of 28 cm or 36 cm tend to be preferred.

However, since the performance of the water cooling head and pump differs depending on the manufacturer and product, a general comparison cannot be made. Here, I checked the performance of each class with the same Corsair product.

There seems to be no difference in temperature in any class, but this should be seen as being controlled according to the temperature of the CPU. As evidence, the operating noise is overwhelmingly smaller in the 28cm and 36cm classes. The larger the radiator, the higher the cooling power, so even if the fan speed is low, the CPU can be cooled. In addition, Corsair's iCUE series will cool down more if you leave the fan speed control to the motherboard, but the operating noise will be louder.

In order to improve the circulation of coolant, models with large radiators are equipped with a more powerful pump, and in some cases the cooling performance is improved due to the synergistic effect with the radiator size. Overall, the benefits of increasing the size of the radiator are great.

However, the most important thing is the construction of the water cooling head part that receives the heat from the CPU. If this is bad, the cooling performance will not be high no matter how big the radiator is installed. This is probably the reason why some products in the 36cm class have a slightly lower cooling power in this verification.
