Simpler but more secure than passwords! Log in with PIN

PIN can be changed on each device

　How do I log in to Windows 10? If you are still entering your password, it is recommended that you switch to PIN.

　PIN is a password of more than 4 digits entered when Windows logs in, not a password.

　Saving the trouble of entering a long alphanumeric password, you can log in to Windows by entering a few numbers from the numeric key.

　Such a simple approach may make you worry about security, not only logging in, but also entering large Microsoft account passwords associated with OneDrive, stores, and many other services each time or multiple times.

　If someone takes a peek or is leaked to the outside world by malware monitoring input, you may illegally use your Microsoft account on any device on the Internet.

　In contrast, PIN is only valid on the PC you set up, so even if the number is stolen, it doesn't make any sense even if you type it on another device (of course, if you type directly into the personal computer you set up, you must avoid being stolen because you can log in).

　The password for a Microsoft account, whether entered on PC, smartphone or from a browser, is the only password that is common everywhere, but PIN can be changed on a device-by-device basis.

　Even if you are peeked at the PIN of the laptop you are using while out, there is no point in typing its PIN on your desktop at home or at work (so it is important to change each device intentionally).

　You can easily set up PIN in the Login options in the Settings account. Let's take this opportunity to change to PIN login.
