―First of all, please tell us about your career.

Currently, I work as an in -house designer for a beauty company in Tokyo.She was originally a new graduate and found a job in confectionery wholesale, and experienced sales and logistics.While working as a company employee, I went to a vocational school, learned design, and changed jobs to the current company.

-Did you were interested in creative jobs?

I liked creative things since I was little.There was a person who was working on a design, and I was inspired by hearing about my work.However, I thought it would be difficult to do as a job, so I decided to do creative things as a hobby.That's why I entered the flower arrangement at university.

―I also got a job for confectionery wholesale.Why did you decide to go on a creative road again?

After joining the company, I proposed a confectionery for convenience stores as a business for confectionery wholesale.We had a business talk with a confectionery manufacturer, met with a convenience store buyer, and sold products and proposed sales floors.In such a job, I realized the magnitude of the design of the design on human psychology.

Every day I go to the design school while working.And what is the way from changing jobs to a design company to a side job?

―What kind of study did you study at a vocational school?

Majored graphic design.I learned how to use Adobe software, design theory, business cards and posters, and the concept of branding products from scratch.I went to a vocational school for about a year.

-Is it difficult to balance work and school?

It was very.I had a hard time output, so I had a hard time doing the tasks to be served every week.I could only use the end of work and weekends.

―If you do the task after the business work is over, switching your feelings seems to be difficult.

I agree.The switch between work and creative brain was certainly difficult.In my case, I changed the mode by changing the environment.For example, go to a cafe, wear earphones, block the outer sound and concentrate.Then, it gradually becomes a design brain.

-How did you maintain your motivation?

I went to see museums and design exhibitions every week to increase my motivation.In addition, there were classmates in various circumstances, such as truck drivers and students who go to double schools.It was good to maintain motivation to make friends.

-You graduated from school and got a job at the current company.What was the reason for choosing the current company?

The current company has worked on various media such as the web and paper, and it was great to gain various experiences.I'm still running, so I chose an environment where I could experience a lot of work and acquire skills.

-There are you doing side jobs besides the company?

I sometimes contract for a job from an acquaintance.There are many suggestions for logo and package.Although it is a job with the same design as the main business, I do a side job with a different genre from the project I am contracting at the company.
