Hide embarrassing apps in "Private Space"

Face recognition has been added to the HUAWEI Mate 10 lite and HUAWEI nova lite 2. Fingerprint authentication doesn't cause any inconvenience, but when you pick up your smartphone and look at the screen, it's convenient that the lock is already unlocked. Once you experience the feeling of forgetting that you're locked, you can't let go of it.

I'm currently using the HUAWEI Mate 10 Pro and iPhone X, so I wish I had face recognition for the Mate 10 Pro ... and I wish I could also use fingerprint recognition for the iPhone X ... I think.

Since it is the same "Mate 10" series, I wish that face recognition would be added to Mate 10 Pro, so even if I open "Settings" → "Security and Privacy", it is natural, but there There is no item called "face recognition". However, there was such a function! I found something like that. It is a function called "Private Space".

It can be set by selecting "Settings" → "Security and Privacy" → "Private Space". By setting a fingerprint different from the screen you normally use (MainSpace), you can use the two screens safely and easily.

When I tried it, PrivateSpace was a "multi-user" feature that allowed me to set up and switch between multiple accounts. However, this is very convenient. You can set a fingerprint different from the one used on the MainSpace, and the screen is switched by the fingerprint authenticated on the lock screen. You can set the same Google account as the main screen for Private Space, or you can set a different account. You can make and receive calls on either screen, and the contact book data is also shared.

In my case, I have set up the same Google account for Private Space as Main Space. The main thing to use properly is the app. Isn't there an app that you don't want people to see as much as possible? picture? Isn't it? I have some. When using them, I set it to switch to Private Space.

On Huawei's home screen, all the icons of installed apps are displayed. Previously, there was a function that could hide apps that I didn't use but didn't want to uninstall, but it disappeared after an update. After that, somehow embarrassing apps were put together in folders to make them inconspicuous. Private Space solves such problems neatly!

By the way, the images taken when Private Space is set can only be seen in Private Space. However, you can move the image of PrivateSpace to MainSpace, or conversely, move the image of MainSpace to PrivateSpace so that it will not be displayed in MainSpace. For now, I don't feel the need, but I think it will come in handy for people with a lot of secrets.

I still have a young nephew, but when I see the latest smartphones, I want to touch them, play games without permission, and watch photos and videos. When I noticed, the battery was very low ... I think that this Private Space will be useful even in such a case.
